Self-Service Leave Management Employees submit leave requests through the app. Managers receive a notification, approve or reject with one tap, and the calendar updates immediately. No WhatsApp messages. No paper forms.
Automated Payroll Processing The system calculates basic salary, overtime, deductions, EPF, and ETF automatically based on attendance data. What previously took three days now takes 20 minutes.
Performance Review Module Managers set quarterly targets for each employee and log performance notes throughout the period. Annual reviews are based on documented data, not memory.
Contract Renewal Alerts The system automatically alerts HR 60 days before any contract expiry, probation period end, or certification renewal. Nothing falls through the cracks.
